Recycled textile fiber felt

Neaustima offers needle punched felts in various fiber compositions made from mixture of recycled textile fibers. The recycled textile fiber felt is a sustainable product as it has been made of the textile waste collected from factories. 

Neaustima collects the post-industrial textile waste and recycles it into the textile fibers. The fibers then are used for production of needle punched felt. The felt can be thermal bonded for higher fabric strength. 

We can offer felts with weight between 130gsm and 2000gsm, width up to 4.00 meters. The color of final nonwoven fabric depends on the color of textile waste. 

Felt is widely used in furniture industry as padding and separation of spring layer. Industrial applications include insulation, packaging, material for green roofs, liquid absorption fabric.
