PES filter fleece

Neaustima produces thermal bonded PES filter fleece nonwoven material. PES filter fleece is mainly used in production of pocket air filters or as pre-filter material. It is made of 100% PES fiber and contains no glass fibers. That is why it is ideally suited even for use in the process air supply and ventilation of sensitive food production areas. 

Pocket air filters are used in units of ventilation systems to capture atmospheric dust. Thanks to their special shape, these air filters have a particularly large filtering surface.

We can offer PES filter fleece with weight between 100gsm and 400gsm, width up to 3,20 meters. 

The nonwoven material is produced in rolls with width and length at the request of the customer.
