PES fiber felt

Neaustima produces PES fiber felt using virgin and/or recycled polyester (rPET), recycled textile fiber. PES fiber felts are produced when needle punching the fibers together. Thermal bonding can be done to a PES fiber felt to make the material stiffer and smoother. In our assortment we have polyester fiber felts needled on a spunbond for extra strength of material. 

We can offer synthetic felts with weight between 130gsm and 2000gsm, width up to 4.00 meters. The felt in colors white, black and grey is available.

Our most popular polyester fiber felts are used as felt acoustic panels for interior walls, nonwoven material for swimming pool installation and reinforcement of embankments, temperature resistant material for ironing rollers and presses.
