PES wadding

Neaustima offers a wide range of thermal bonded and spray bonded PES wadding made from:

• virgin polyester fibers
• recycled polyester fibers (rPET)

Nonwoven materials are certified in accordance with:

• OEKO-TEX® STANDARD 100. 
• British Standard BS 5852:1982 Part 2 (FIRA).

In our assortment we have wadding bonded onto spunbond for a bigger tearing resistance. 

We can offer thermal bonded and spray bonded polyester (PES) fiber wadding with weight between 80gsm and 1500 gsm, width up to 3,20 meters. 

We produce polyester fiber wadding in different types that vary in thickness, density, width and much more factors depending on customer’s request.
